1. Print clear code and QR code on the surface of the frame and axle housing.
2. The clear code is about 27 digits, with a font height of no less than 7mm, and the QR code is 16 * 16mm. Printing is completed within 60s.
3. After printing, electrophoresis is required. After electrophoresis, the QR code can be identified with a scanning gun, and the clear code can be clearly visible after electrophoresis.
4. Can quickly modify marking content on site, save records after marking, and facilitate viewing.

1. Due to the large amount of marking content, short time, and the need for code reading after electrophoresis, other manufacturers in the same industry need at least 100W power marking machines to meet these requirements.
