Firstly, pour the gold that needs to be melted, including gold jewelry, gold sand, etc. into the furnace, allowing the gold to melt into a liquid at a high temperature of up to 1600 degrees Celsius.
The second step is to pour the molten gold in the furnace into a dedicated container.
Step 3: Pour the golden water from the container into the casting mold, similar to making soy sauce when you were a child. Be careful not to pour the golden water out of the mold during this process. Because when I was a child, soy sauce was expensive, and gold was even more expensive
Step 4: Pour the golden water into the mold and let it slowly cool before fixing and forming. The gold bar can be removed from the mold in about an hour. At this point, it seems to be shining with gold and blinding.
The fifth step, at this point, the neatly placed gold bars on the mat are about to enter the most important step, which is to engrave characters on the gold bars, note the source, production date, number, and purity information, which is equivalent to its ID card, in order to facilitate the tracing of its source and destination after sale, and achieve regulatory purposes for the country.
Is it common for people to question whether there is a significant loss of gold bars when marking them? The general engraving and marking process involves strong friction on the surface of the gold bar, resulting in the generation of gold shavings. In order to prevent the generated gold shavings from being taken away by the production workers, strict supervision is required at this step.
