Process description:
The white body is in place, the fixed code reader reads the body identification code to be printed, the robot carries the marking head to the coding position, the industrial computer obtains the VIN code and body tracking code from the MIS/MES system, and the device starts printing. After printing is completed, the robot moves and carries a 3D visual detection device OCR character recognition, compares it with the MIS/MES system characters, and measures the coding depth. After completion, the robot returns to its original position. At the same time, the device has a manual input function.
